Ordering Goods and Services Terms
By placing an order with The First Church Iam you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Order Process
You place an Order on the Website by pressing the `Order’ button at the end of the checkout process.
We will send you an email confirming your Order, which details the Product(s). This email does not constitute an acceptance of your Order by us.
Acceptance occurs when we send you a dispatch confirmation email or an email confirming your Order is ready for collection.
We accept payment for Orders in GBP pounds (£) sterling by BACS bank transfer, PayPal, Maestro, MasterCard, Visa, and Visa Debit. We do not hold or store your credit or debit card details; these are collected by our third-party payment process.
Consumer Right of Return and Refund
If you are a consumer, you have a legal right to cancel a Contract.
The cancellation right does not apply to any bespoke commissions, cut to size, made-to-measure, custom made, or customized products.
If products have been delivered, you have fourteen (14) calendar days to cancel, starting from the day after you receive them. You must return the goods, at your own expense, within these 14 days.
For a general return (excluding cancellation rights), items may be returned no longer than two weeks (14 days) after receipt of delivery for a refund (minus the shipping charge).
Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method within ten (10) days of us receiving your Order back, provided the Product(s) are in a saleable condition.
Bespoke Orders
Bespoke commissioned orders must be paid in full at the time of ordering.
Once details are agreed, bespoke items cannot be cancelled or altered in design, size, color, or finish.
By their nature, bespoke items cannot be returned or refunded after a confirmed order has been placed.
Delivery is approximately 1 to 3 months from payment. Delivery is not included in the purchase price unless specifically noted in the invoice.
